UMI Sushi is a restaurant located in the centre of Lisbon that offers gastronomic experiences inspired by the traditions of Japan, but at the same time bringing a more relaxed and younger side, all in order to bring the best quality and be as close to each customer as possible.
In this visual identity we wanted to bring a more geometric typography to refer to the sushi rolls seen from the side, with some Japanese characters above written in red to serve as a tagline that were strongly inspired by Japanese anime. And to emphasise Japanese tradition we brought personalised illustrations to the restaurant inspired by traditional Japanese illustrations but at the same time bringing a more modern side.
